Delivering a quality project is what is important to us. We don't take shortcuts, we fix problems we find rather than hiding them behind walls, we pay attention to detail - whether or not the client may notice _we_ notice those small details and we make them right. Renovations can be frustrating. Handling those issues with grace and being proud of the completed project is our goal with all of our work.
Our Story
We started Triskele over ten years ago. Like most startups, especially in home renovation, we were small. Growing our real estate portfolio and finding new ways to invest in real estate was always a primary goal but we wanted to know real estate from the inside out and wanted to hone our renovation skills. To have a contractors' knowledge of housing, of what it takes to build a new kitchen, bathroom or put in a full income suite, to renovate a whole house.
So the company was founded and we started with small renovation projects. We quickly found we had what it takes to complete projects at a level a lot of other contractors weren't able to. Incredibly, a lot of this wasn't due to our technical skill but rather just doing the basics. Showing up. Completing what was agreed to. Being able to effectively communicate. Resolving problems. Add in quality craftsmanship, a little perfectionism and the help of a growing network of related contractors and we found we were able to quickly grow with each project. Along the way we continued to develop our real estate portfolio. Buying properties, renovating them, finding tenants for those properties, refinancing and taking profit out of them. Now we're bringing all of that together.
What We Do
Rental Units
Tenant move ins / outs and just general use can cause wear and tear on a place. We're familiar with income properties and can update your rental units to better than new, making sure things are done right along the way. Or we can work with you if you're looking to add an income suite to your home.
